At Gametraders Rouse Hill, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided it is in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

  Ensure your fashion items are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original Gametraders tags and packaging intact.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Rouse Hill support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items into their original shipping container and include a copy of your tax invoice or proof of purchase.

• 4.
  Ship or Drop Off

  Send your package back to our Rouse Hill boutique via tracked postage or visit us in-store for an immediate exchange or refund processing.
